📌 Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with Jaipur Pixel Studio, you agree to the following terms and policies. These policies are designed to ensure transparency, efficiency, and professionalism in our operations. Please read carefully before confirming your shoot.
📅 Booking & Shoot Scheduling
Outdoor Shoot Booking:
All outdoor shoot bookings must be scheduled at least 3–5 days in advance. This allows us to plan the location, lighting, team, and required equipment accordingly.
Studio Shoot Booking:
We recommend booking indoor/studio shoots 2–3 days in advance for better availability of slots and resources.
Advance Amount:
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm any shoot booking (studio or outdoor). The remaining balance is payable on the day of the shoot.
📷 Reshoot Policy
Reshoots are applicable only in cases of technical error from our side (e.g., data loss, unfocused images, major lighting issues).
Creative dissatisfaction due to client indecision or model performance will not qualify for a free reshoot.
If a reshoot is requested for reasons not attributable to Jaipur Pixel Studio, a reshoot fee will be charged based on the shoot type.
💰 Payment Cycle
50% advance at the time of booking.
50% final payment must be completed on or before shoot day.
For bulk or campaign clients, a custom payment cycle may be discussed and agreed in writing.
📦 Data Delivery Timeline
Raw Data Delivery: Within 24-48 hours post-shoot via Google Drive or external drive (if applicable).
Edited Photos: Final edited photos will be delivered within 5–7 working days depending on project size.
Video Deliverables: Edited videos will be delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on length and revisions.
👗 Model Booking
Jaipur Pixel Studio offers professional model booking services.
Model booking must be made minimum 4–5 days in advance.
Model rates vary based on duration, experience, and usage rights.
In case of last-minute cancellations or no-show by the client, model fees will not be refunded.
🚫 Shoot Cancellation & Charges
Cancellation within 48 hours of the shoot: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
Cancellation on the shoot day: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
Rescheduling due to weather or emergencies must be communicated in writing and can be adjusted subject to availability.
💵 Refund Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable unless the studio is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days after written confirmation.
Refunds are not applicable in case of dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (e.g., pose, background, outfit).
🚚 Free Pickup & Delivery
We provide free product pickup and delivery service within Jaipur city limits for product shoots.
For outstation clients, courier charges will be additional as per actuals.
Jaipur Pixel Studio is not liable for damage in transit if using third-party courier services.
✂️ Editing & Post-production Services
Basic Editing: Included in package – color correction, cropping, skin smoothing, exposure adjustments.
Premium Editing: (e.g., high-end retouching, background changes, manipulations) will be charged extra as per requirement.
Video Editing: Includes background music, branding, transitions, and subtitles (if applicable). Revisions are limited to 2 rounds.
